I recently visited this restaurant, expecting a pleasant dining experience, but unfortunately, it was far from that. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed disorganized. We waited far too long just to be seated, even though we had reservation. To make matters worse, the hostesses were downright unfriendly. From the moment we walked in, they were dismissive and seemed annoyed by our presence. There was no greeting or smile, and they made us feel like we were inconveniencing them just by being there. Food is okay in general, but Brussel sprouts were horrible, the worst I ever ate. Pretty much it was just burned not cooked. We had party of 6 and everyone had different cocktails, the stuff was so disorganized that one person could get a cocktail and the rest were just waiting for the rest cocktails to come for about 30 minutes.considering it was birthday celebration it was so inconvenient. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing visit. With so many other great dining options in the area, I won’t be returning anytime soon. I hope the management takes steps to improve their service and staff attitude because, as it stands, I can’t recommend this place to anyone.

The food was delicious, the service was great, but I would not recommend this place to families with children, as there is a lot of prostitution, half-dressed women…

Our waiter, Johnny was very attentive and kind. He noticed I was pregnant and ensured all my needs were meant. The entire staff was great. Ambiance was beautiful. Our reservations were at 6:30. By around 7:30 the restaurant began to get more crowded thus louder. It was hard to hear the waiters answering even my husband who was sitting next to me. That was the only downside.

The black angus was absolutely delicious! The truffle risotto was also good was just expecting a bit more. We celebrated our third year anniversary and got a complimentary dessert cake which was also pretty good! Overall experience was great, everything looked so lovely in the patio with the lights on and dark contrast of the night! Definitely a recommend!

From being greeted when arriving, to our knowledgeable kind server René, and the delicious food I have never had such incredible dining experience in LA and I’ve lived here for over 5 years. Casa madera hit every mark and made my birthday so special. This is such a gem and I can’t wait to return!

We had reservations but we had to wait about 45 mins to get seated. Went to the bar to order some drinks while we waited to get seated and even the drinks where taking a long time. Not the best service, food was average, ambience was good.

I used to love this place, but unfortunately lately the staff cannot keep up with the volume of the customers. I celebrated my birthday in here in May, which was not a good experience. I thought it was a one time thing, so decided to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday with the last reservation, cause it is a special event. Unfortunately, the experience was even worse. We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated (the restaurant gives us a 15 minute grace period, however they themselves keep the customers wait for more than 15 minutes). I requested a seat next to the window with a view, instead we were seated on a small table next to a wall and a large group celebrating birthday where the photographer was hitting our seats all the time. There was not enough space on our table for the ordered food. There was delay in every step, taking orders, bringing food. The table was greasy, made all my hands and arms dirty. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience for our special occasion. The food quality stays good.

Food selection is very limited,the only thing we liked was salmons ,tender flavor and amazing sauce. We ordered drinks ,they tasted like juice ,non any alcohol we tasted in it,so we asked the server to change it ,because we can spend those $20 and drink juice at home too,but not in a place where you wanna relax. We have tried 4 cocktails ,they were tasting almost ,no flavor difference. I think drinks need more work.
