Enjoyed wonderful specials, scallops over pasta and red snapper plate as well as bronzino prepared tableside and three other good menu items. Lisa our server was so attentive and helpful creating a very nice evening for us and our four guests. Calamari and special baked feta were great as well as the Tiramasu.

Veal was not edible and waiter disappeared after bringing out the food. I have been to Luca restaurants at least 6 times and only had a good meal once. I am done

What I love about this restaurant is that the food always comes to the table hot. The pasta dishes are delicious. The waitresses are always helpful and accommodating. The down part is that the noise level is a little high, and hard to carry on a conversation.

I had a fantastic birthday dinner at Casa la Luna! My boyfriend and I are already talking about coming back. Everything was top notch!

I ordered the branzino & had it filleted tableside. The flavor was good but it was filled with bones, a turn off. I ate 1/2 of it. He had the frutti di mare which was acceptable. Our server, Markita (?) was attentive, kind, knowledgeable and a memory to recite all the menu specials was amazing. The hostess (long black curly hair) had an attitude, walked us to a table & she kept walking. We weren't sure where we were to sit. In fact a couple seated where we were standing, stated " looks like you got ditched". A very poor way to welcome your guests/consumers and a horrible way to start an evening. We spent around $270 for two people.

Came here for dinner with some girlfriends to celebrate an engagement. The place is lively and has nice views. The food was good but the overall experience was ruined by terrible service. Our server was abrupt, almost to the point of rudeness. She had no charm. Specials were recited with no preamble or enthusiasm. That I can overlook but the standard of service was just not there for a place that is supposed to be finer dining. Bread was slid across the table, wordlessly, slopping the olive oil all over. Sparkling wine was carelessly dumped from carafes into red wine glasses. Service was SLOW. Food arrived wordlessly again- no “here is your lobster risotto” just plopped down without a word. Empty plates and glasses were never removed. It’s sad that I’ve encountered this so much at finer places since the pandemic. There’s no craft or pride in service anymore and this experience proved that again. And, to add to the strangeness of the evening, we had to wait a long time to use the restroom because two servers were in the stalls hiding! Very strange. I won’t be coming back.

Plastic was found in one of our dishes from an oil container. Manager apologized, however we still had to pay full price for everything. We were not expecting a free meal but something in return for a possible choking hazard would’ve been nice. Very disappointed.

Arrived at 6:56 for a 7 pm reservation. Didn’t get seated until 7:20. The people in front greeting didn’t seem like they want to be there. They should put a bench or something for people waiting. Our server was not polite. The whole service was extremely slow. We left the restaurant at 9:12 with a whole lot of waiting around ( for drinks, appetizer, food, box, bill). The food was the only good thing. It was extremely loud in there that we couldn’t even have a conversation…so unfortunate as we’re celebrating a birthday with people out of the country visiting.
