"The Casa Italia Pizzeria and Pastificcio is one of Liverpool’s longest-established eateries and we have been serving the people of Liverpool for over 40 years.

We are a popular, authentic Italian restaurant with a great atmosphere be it day or night. Known for our fresh ingredients, generous portions and the best value Italian wine, low prices make us affordable for everyone.

We are a bustling eatery with traditional Italian interior, we seat 120 downstairs and the upstairs is available for booking parties and functions for up to 60 people. All food is prepared on the premises daily from the pizza dough right down to the home-made tiramisu.

Food is lovely and plenty of it, service top notch, we were on top floor as 6 of us so we booked atmosphere good as place is always buzzing

Had a party for 18 in an upstairs room,couldnt fault the service,the ambience,the price,will definately be back 😀

Casa Italia is a famous Italian restaurant in Liverpool. I hadn't eaten there for many years but my father in law asked to be taken there for his 81st birthday. We had a table for 6. It was tucked into a corner between a wall and a staircase so two people had to get people to move in order to get in and out. The restaurant was very noisy. There was music blaring from a speaker above us. This added nothing to the ambience and was just an obstacle to conversation with elderly diners and my son who has a hearing loss. There is no toilet on the ground floor for people with mobility issues. This was a major inconvenience for my father in law. The chairs are really uncomfortable. Again this is a particular problem for older diners. We left without desert or coffee which we usually enjoy because we were so uncomfortable. The food was fine. The waiter was good but everything else was a challenge. We won't be going back.

Lovely restaurant and delicious food! Our waiter was great and the service was pretty fast considering we were a large group

Amazing food as usual staff mostly friendly except one waiter . Only negative was we had not finished our starters when they brought the mains. It felt very rushed . Also they had put a service charge on our bill which was over £20 and the waiter was rude when we said we would prefer to leave an amount we chose.

My sister's wanted me to celebrate my 65th birthday with a family meal, I wasn't that bothered though I said if I do there is only one place I can think of.....Casa Italia It didn't disappoint, service was second to none, food was amazing as always, the atmosphere always has a brilliant buzz about it. A good time had by all. Absolutely top marks. 10/10
