Family of Iaccarino honors the culinary heritage of the Campania region, with seasonal ingredients that closely resemble the sun-kissed produce harvested at the Iaccarino family’s farm. Fresh, handmade pastas create an edible narrative of the Iaccarino legacy, while whimsical desserts transport guests to Naples’ nostalgic bakeries.

Casa Don Alfonso welcomes Chef Nicola Pignatelli from its sister property Don Alfonso 1890 for a pasta cooking class on Monday, November 11 at 5:00 PM. Guests will enjoy a welcome spritz and passed hors d'oeuvres before a hands-on cooking experience where guests will learn to create two different pasta dishes. Afterward, indulge in a four-course dinner paired with carefully selected wines. Guests will also take home an apron, recipe booklet, and certificate of completion. The class is priced at $200 per person (plus taxes and 20% service charge) with limited space available. Reservations are required.

I was so excited to try this new and beautiful hotel. Our server was lovely but the food was so basic. I actually made that chicken recipe in the 80’s with a jar of salsa. Anyway, huge disappointment.

This place was all style and no substance. We loved the homemade bread, but our son's pizza was undercooked, the marinara on my meatballs was so salty I couldn't even dip my bread in it, the lettuce on my salad was like it came from a gas station with dressing from a fast food packet, and they were out of veal. Our drinks were good at the bar and the appetizers were tasty, but it would be pretty hard to screw up a charcuterie board. They did give us a free dessert for birthday celebrations, but even that was overdone with the espresso powder that I almost choked. We enjoyed the ambiance and our service was appropriate for that type of fine dining, but overall it was extremely disappointing.

The food was great. Love the atmosphere. We did not get a coffee we asked for with dessert but really not a big deal. Drinks are amazing!

Such a gorgeous interior. The kindest staff. The braised beef ravioli, the fresh baked bread…so many other delicious foods. It always feels like I traveled to another place, but really I am just a 10 minute walk from my home! Thank you Aida and Senada and all the people who dote on us at Casa Don Alfonso💙

Me and my friends went there for brunch on a Saturday at 11:30am…. They quit serving brunch at 11. The whole reason we went was to get the espresso martini flight but the server told us the table before us ordered the last flight and that they were out. We told him that’s the only reason we came. So I ordered an espresso martini and it was TINY. They charged me $23 for it which is insane. It was a very average drink. And then as we’re paying our tab we see all these tables being served the espresso martini flights so we asked a server and they said the bartender was able to make a modified version… but we weren’t offered it. The bread they brought to the table was doughy like it hadn’t been cooked all the way. The pizza I got was very average. It was so expensive for such mediocrity. Do not recommend

After receiving a friendly greeting we were sat at the chefs counter/bar area and were able to watch the kitchen staff cook and prepare meals. Great customer service from all the staff. The special Parmesan wheel pasta experience was delicious and very enjoyable.

We went for the Parmesan pasta experience. It was hard to hear the chef because of the noise level. The pasta was bland we had to ask for salt, the sauce was too thick it needed some pasta water. I added a chicken breast which was dry. A bit disappointing.

I had high hopes but it was kinda a let down. It should have been great. We also had to wait 30 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. This was not an issue because the bar was great! The grilled octopus and muscles were amazing. But my pasta was over sauced, and the cheese/ sauce was kinda gloppy. The fried zucchini were not crispy. The signature pizza dough was good but need a few more minutes cooking, part of it was raw. We expected great service with a server and assistant and being next to the server station… However we had to ask for our plates to be cleared and water filled, two time ask for a bottle of wine. They didn't check on if we liked our food, so did not know about the pizza until the end of our meal. Overall I'd give it a 9 out of 10 for looks, a 5 out of 10 for food and a 3 for service.
