On the doorstep of the bustling Borough Market, the first Casa do Frango lies within a converted 19th-century industrial warehouse, a building full of character, complete with vaulted ceilings, arched windows and relics of the past.

Casa’s menu is inspired by the rich culinary history of Portugal and the wider Mediterranean. True to Portuguese tradition, there is an emphasis on cooking over a wood-charcoal grill. The restaurant has become known for piri-piri chicken, with perfectly caramelised skin and a deep flavour which comes from a brush of Casa’s secret piri-piri blend. The menu offers so much more, with small and large plates all designed to share. Everything at Casa is made fresh in-house, using top quality, locally sourced ingredients. The food is complemented with an all-Portuguese wine list, cocktails, mocktails and Super Bock beer on draught.

At Casa London Bridge there is also a speakeasy cocktail bar called the Green Room, perfect for pre and post dinner cocktails…

We were absolutely amazed with the level of food and service at Casa do Frango. Showed up early to our reservation...NO PROBLEM! Have a seat in our beautiful lounge! Food is absolutely five star and the service was very attentive and offered many suggestions about dishes and even stopped us from ordering too much. An absolute MUST DINE HERE!

Great food but speed of service generally could improve. Lots of staff around but always feels a little chaotic . Food worth the wait though

Took my dad here for Father’s Day, great food for a reasonable price!! Small menu but everything on it done well, would definitely recommend. They also gave my dad a free bottle of piri piri oil which was an additional bonus :)

I came here because I heard that they had a good gluten free menu. The food was unique, and it made me interested in learning more about Portuguese food. I really loved the Casa Rice and wish I could eat it again, but, sadly, I live in another country.

Small dishes and chicken and chips were all brought at once. The dishes were not that hot when brought and were cool/ tepid by the time we’d eaten.

Booking for 4 early dinner, restaurant was busy with a great vibe. We had sharing plates, tried the lemon and garlic chicken plus peri peri, all utterly delicious, none left! Next time will make time to use the bar area upstairs in a separate room. Highly recommended.
