                                                                      Two of the meals were almost inedible. Nonna meatballs were very much like ikea meatballs - solid and almost grey inside but clearly homemade as so salty there was no other flavour. The wild mushroom & truffle pappardelle was like a gluey stodgy sauce with supermarket sliced chestnut mushrooms (no sign of a wild mushroom) and one small slice of “truffle”. Teenagers enjoyed the ragu. We would have told them but no one asked us about our meal.
