We sat near the front of the restaurant and it was a nice spot, but anywhere would have been good.

Good food but unfortunately service was not. Restaurant was busy, but not enough staff the cope with the demand. Had a 7.30 table booked. Probably a good 20 minutes before we were offered a drink. Nearly 10 o'clock before our mains arrived. Desserts were offered for free to compensate

The atmosphere, view and food were outstanding. And great value for money. The only issue we had was that it took them a very long time to bring our food and we ended up having to rush as we had the cinema booked, even though we got there 2 hours before we had to leave for the movie. But the waitress was very helpful and friendly.

Excellent meal at Casa Ciro. Food was delicious and service very friendly. Possibly a little slow, but certainly didn’t spoil our evening.

Very nice food and good service, they were very busy, I told them we were going to a show and we got served quickly. Only one thing with the food, they gave me a specials menu, but the item I chose had run out as they had used it all up at lunch time, I was a little disappointed but the alternative I chose was ok. Very nice staff .

Unfortunately they have changed the recipe for the Lasagna and it was not as nice as before also the ice cream was full of ice crystals. They also add a 10% service charge which allows no discretion as to whether you consider if a Tip is appropriate. We will be considering eating elsewhere in future.

The panettone pudding should have some with toffee sauce but the waitress did t know what I was talking about! Understaffed for a Sunday lunchtime hence long wait for dessert and bill. Only one girl serving Food was good but no attention to detail. No cream with bsnoffee pie or herbs on pasta.

Went here with family (4 adults and 2 children 8yrs and 11yrs) as one of the adults had been before and recommended. Excellent choice. We booked Sunday lunch at 12.30 and were made welcome. The starters, mains and desserts were all fresh and really delicious. Each diner had a different starter and main so the comment is highly valid. Service was really good and drinks plus wine were all served in a timely manner. To cap it off the lemon meringue dessert of the day was exceptional - the children chose it and the adults all blagged a spoonful! Excellent all round at a perfectly fair price for both the food and service in unhurried and relaxed surroundings.
