Casa Chloe is an authentic Mexican restaurant that prides itself on using fresh ingredients and having a chef with Mexican heritage. Our head chef attended culinary school in Mexico with years of experience creating her own and traditional dishes that are filled with passion and flavor. We also offer a full bar, and our specialty lies in tequila and mezcal. Here at Casa Chloe our close attention to detail will be seen in not only our food but also our eye for design.

The staff are all very nice and their matching white guayabera and black slacks look professional. The decor is wonderful - an elegant rustic vibe. The chairs are very nice but so huge that it's hard for someone short to medium height to sit all the way back in the chair. I spent the evening sitting up without the aid of a back rest. I noticed some of the other patrons doing the same thing. A lumbar pillow might help. They have iron stands for hanging purses/bags at each table. We had the elote, bongos and queso and it was very tasty. Also the mole poblano duck and the beef stuffed poblano and they were beautiful but actually looked better than they tasted. I think the chef is on the right path but there is room for improvement. We also had the CC margaritas. They were good but sweeter than we prefer - leaving the agave out and just mixing tequila, fresh key lime juice and cointreau would be my preference. I would like to return and try the enchiladas and tacos. For the price we expected a bit more but do understand the restaurant is just finding its legs. On leaving the restaurant a very nice young man gave us a tour of the patio and asked about our experience. Visiting with him might have been the most special part of the evening. His dad is the manager. He was very charming and enthusiastic about his work. I have tried to make this critique informative and hope it won't be viewed as a complaint; I hope CC's will do well and give FBG a much needed interior Mexican food establishment.

Pricey for portions served, drinks expensive, poor dinning room layout does not accommodate enough parties of 4, so loud we had to rush our meal as we could barely hear our guests.

Brenda is a HUGE asset to your business—she is so professional and very attentive without hovering. Tiffany is an amazing bartender! Excellent food and beautiful presentation.
