Amazing experience!! Food was delicious, lots of great recommendations, upscale but well priced and the service was PHENOMENAL. Probably best service I’ve experienced in NYC

Great upscale Mexican. Every seat was taken on a Saturday night. Guacamole + ceviche trio is on the small side for the prices. Entrees are a better value. Very tasty food. Kudos to the chef & team for allowing us to taste the mole on the enchiladas.

I had never eaten at this restaurant before. I was extremely pleased! Excellent, high-end Mexican food. Also, great drinks.

Everything was very spicy. Since the majority of the dishes were already cooked/marinated with chile/habanero peppers, it was not possible to adjust the heat. My mouth was on fire and I did not enjoy the food. Also, the suggested % gratuity was based on the total bill, including the sales tax and the dreaded credit card surcharge. This is wrong, unethical, and purposely misleading, as the tip is supposed to be "suggested" on the food portion of the bill. Unsuspecting guests will end up paying more than originally planned if they follow the suggested gratuity %.

Waiter was disheveled and seemed out of it in the sense he likely was using some sort of narcotic. Constantly sniffling as he stood by the table awaiting orders from us. Wasn’t personable at all or kind. Brought over incorrect drinks twice. Later on charged for said incorrect drinks. They did fix the receipt and gave us complimentary shots. The food on the Valentine’s Day prefix was extremely bland. Overall very underwhelming and disappointing for the price point. Drinks were average at best.

Overall, this was a great meal. The food was delicious, the drinks were exquisite, and the ambience was lovely. The service left a lot to be desired. We were forgotten on multiple occasions even though the manager was serving and taking care of us. He was kind and acknowledged And apologized for it, but it did slow our evening down. Very well could be someone called out, but definitely need a few more servers in the restaurant to truly make it a five star experience. Would absolutely go back and recommend however.

We really enjoyed Casa Bond. The staff was very attentive and kind. A little pricey for the size of some of the dishes, but the flavors were great.
