Very very very disappointed in my experience here as I came to New York specifically to visit this restaurant among a couple other places. I waited a while for a server but when I finally got mine he was very kind and attentive. I had a plan to order an appetizer, a cocktail, and entree, a glass of wine, and a dessert. But the atmosphere was so poor and I waited so long I just ordered an entree with a glass of red so I could hurry out of there. I ordered the chicken parmigiana. Food presentation was not well at all; sauce was all over my place and I was disappointed in the thin pieces of meat. However the portion size of the overall entree was decent. The marinara sauce is really really good. Took a long time to get my check but did eventually get it. Overall I’d say good food. I thought I dodged a bullet by coming on a Sunday over a Saturday but service was still meh despite not having many people. I will however return because I have a feeling this place is really good all around and maybe I just need to experience it again.

Celebrating 40 anniversary. Waited outside in cold for 20 mins with a reservation. Choose place based on a review as romantic place, good service & food. Had neither, waited 45 to get waited on, loud place never asked if food was ok, others waited on and served before us. Food was ok but only 2 of us and they added a tip of $25 which I’ve never known a place to do unless it’s a big party. Won’t go back, so disappointing .

This place is so clean and cozy. Very romantic and the customer service is top notch. Everyone checks up on us. The food was fresh and delicious. We will definitely go back. Also the bathroom was nice and smelled really good.

Very high prices for simple spaghetti. A glass of wine for $15 without presenting the bottle.

Food and service was excellent. The ambiance was only really welcoming and romantic. My family and I enjoyed it.

We had a great dinner here for my husband’s bday. Have to admit we came last minute when our res in Chinatown was cancelled. Did a quick search and this rest had an available res. All worked out for the best - we had a great time and food and ambiance was excellent! Thank you!!!

Food was literally the worst Italian I’ve ever had. Got the pizza margherita and the lasagna. Sat outside for San gennaro festival during the week. Poorly seasoned, barely edible. Price not worth the food quality whatsoever.

Me and my guest / date really enjoyed Casa Bella on the night of San Gennaro. The food was excellent also great ambience. Our waiter Geno was extremely professional and accommodating. We had a amazing time I would recommend or refer my friend to dine here.
