Welcome to Casa Bella. Located in historic Downtown Ventura. Traditional steakhouse cuisine with innovative twists. We specialize in USDA Prime steaks, fresh seafood, and familiar but unique dishes that will keep you coming back for more. Romantic indoor and outdoor dining on our beautiful heated patio.
Our "Filet Mignon Chile Relleno" whole poblano pepper stuffed with prime steak, sautéed mushrooms, spinach, onion, jack cheese, topped with avocado, & crema.
"Chef's Chateau" our 8oz prime center cut steak served over parmesan risotto, topped with blackened grilled shrimp. Pair it with our "Green Chile Twice Baked Potato," "Jalapeño Roasted Mac & Cheese" or "Balsamic Brussels Sprouts."

Service was awful. We waited 25 minutes for someone to come to the table, appetizer came after the main course, had to get our own to go containers, and then waited 35 minutes to pay. No one checked on us after we ordered. We received our food from a food runner but had no waiter to follow up on us. Our water was not filled, and we would have ordered more drinks but we had no one check on our table. Waiters have to serve and bartend which is a major flaw because then the service suffers. Food was ok. They play games with the value menus and happy hour times. You have to be in the know and ask for the specials. They will tell you happy hour is over even though it goes all night on Mondays and Tuesdays. Happy hour is UNAVAILABLE on ANY holiday even though they do not post on their website or update the happy hour sign in front of the restaurant. Very misleading. The owner disagreed it was misleading to not say happy hour is excluded on holidays. Also, customers should be aware their menu prices increase on ALL holidays (approximately an extra $20 per main course. It is not updated anywhere (for example: website) other than the increased menu price they give you when seated. On our first visit we drove 1 1/2 hours to try this restaurant based off a friend’s recommendation. We looked at the menu beforehand and planned to be there during happy hour only to find there was NO happy hour and menu prices where $20 more than posted on their website because it was Father’s Day. Choose to stay to not ruin my husband’s Father’s Day dinner. Decided to give it a second shot and it was even more disappointing. Nice ambience though. Too bad they can’t get it together. Has potential to be a really good restaurant but unfortunately it just isn’t there. We will not return. There are too many other great restaurant choices where the food is amazing, the service is top notch, and there are no games with the menus.

Amazing restraunt. Ive been several times over the years and have had most things on their menu. Food, service and vibe always excellent. Value for $ is awesome as well. App, salad, main and side for 2 with a couple high quality cocktails for about $120 is a steal

Wonderfull dinner. Location perfect in downtown Ventura, to walk to our concerto at Buenaventura Mission. Menu good variety. You choose appetizer, soup or salad, main course with side. I had BUG lobster tail with generous proportion of pasta/white cream sauce/shimp and green beans/mushroom. Loved all. Service and ambiance outstanding. We highly recommend.
