I wasn’t that impressed. The food was covered in butter. I find that distasteful. The stake was dry. It was really really loud. Just not for me. I like more quality, food and environment. Value wasn’t too bad. Overall fair. The service I marked as outstanding, but there were some hiccups. Doubt I’ll go back :/ I moved to Austin from Dallas and I’m noticing a pattern of sloppiness in this town.

Fantastic food, great atmosphere and neat location. We had the Smoked New York Strip Steak, Cedar Plank Fried Redfish and shared Brussel Sprouts. The Steak and Redfish were large portions and cooked perfectly!!! The Brussel Sprouts were excellently seasoned and tasted great. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Miso Salmon was the best salmon I've ever had. The tenderloin steak app was amazing as well.

Our server, Avery, was amazing! She was very attentive and great with suggestions to go with our meal. We were celebrating a birthday, and couldn't have been happier with most of the food choices. My husband recently had oral surgery and didn't think he could eat steak, although he did eat some ours. He ordered the Chicken Pot Pie, and was a little disappointed in it.

We celebrated a family birthday dinner last night @ Carve Central Austin. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The place was hopping and as it filled up was pretty loud. The cocktail menu was intriguing and the Mescal Ritas were uniquely delicious. We thought the wine menu was nice and reasonably priced - for a restaurant. The Perry’s Cab was very good for the price point. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food. Most importantly, the service by Jack was outstanding.

Such a great restaurant and experience! Food was amazing, I had the redfish it was delicious my husband had the fried pork chop was good a bit salty! Highly recommend this place!!!

First time here and I will definitely be back. I loved the fact that you can choose the size of your steak. It was very flavorful and cooked to perfection. The ambiance is really nice and comforting. The hostess and waitstaff were very accommodating and helpful. Only negative I have was that it was a tad pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for here, and I would do it again. 9/10 for me.
