We had such a wonderful experience at Carve! Very fun and unique selection of cocktails and food. The prime rib was spectacular, and don't skip out on the banana cream pie for dessert! Thank you to Ambrosio and the rest of the staff for making my son's birthday such a memorable experience. Highly recommend for any occasion!

Very loud place. Thankfully hostess moved us outside. Server Grace was delightful. Split wedge salad… oh, so good! Crispy bacon, blue cheese.. wow! Split NYS med rare. Came out VERY RARE. Took a while to get Grace’s attention for refire. Came back perfect. Mushrooms were terrific, too. Split a bottle of Perry’s Chard - delicious. Quite a lovely evening!!!

The service was so slow. There were not a lot of people there and it took forever to put in our order. There was no effort. The chicken had a cool firework but I didn’t even get to take a picture of it because of how long it took to bring to the table. The food and drinks were good and the vibes were nice!

Soooooo good. I would avoid the salmon cakes and the chicken pot pie. Everything else we had was immaculate. Specifically the filet and the brussel sprouts and the Mac and cheese. The brochette shrimp appetizer was great! The smoked old fashioned was lackluster they say it’s crafted at the table but it was def “made” at the bar and transferred to a new cup at the table lol… I would opt for a regular old fashioned if there’s a price difference. Not sure. The sorbet whiskey sour was yummy!!

We went for our 31st anniversary. Nicole did a great job of taking care of us. She had great suggestions. Our tea and water glasses were never empty. The food was also very tasty.

Very nice atmosphere. Great food, including dessert. I had the cedar plank redfish. Thai was delicious. It had a basil pesto and balsamic vinegar glaze. Wonderful! I also had the banana Creme pie which was the most unique pie that I had had, but was light, creamy, and flavorful. My husband had the petite fillet. I could tell when he cut into it that it was tender. We shared crispy Brussels sprouts. A great experience. We will return.
