Celebrated our anniversary here and it was perfect. The menu had a wide variety of options. For apps, we got the oysters, bread tower, and cauliflower cheese sticks. The bread was white herby for our liking but no regrets. For meals my husband got a rib eye and I got the spaghetti squash. We got the brussel sprouts as a side. For dessert we had the trio. Everything was cooked perfectly. It was pretty loud but nothing outrageous! We can’t wait to go back.

Great way to celebrate our anniversary. Service was excellent. Ceasar salad had a tasty, fresh dressing. My wife's filet was cooked perfectly. I had the chicken fried pork chop, cowboy style. It was great.

Went for my anniversary, as it’s one of our favorite restaurants. As suit, the service was excellent and the food outstanding. I have had pretty much everything on the menu with the exception of the dishes with shellfish. Never disappointed. My wife loves the way that they prepare the chicken and I could drink the dressing. Will be back soon

We love Carve, and have been there a few times, however this experience was not as great as the past. Food took forever to come (granted it was Homecoming), they didn't have any Chardonnay by the glass so we ended up with a bottle that cost more per serving, my fish was overseasoned and too rich, and when the food was slow they talked us into an appetizer which we hadn't even finished when they brought the food. Super loud in the restaurant made it hard to talk across the table without screaming. I just thought the night was OK.

Would really love to see the Carve pour HH special reinstated on all the wines on tap like it used to be. Some of us are bubbles fans and are disappointed a sparkling option is not available during HH 😞
