Great dinner the caramelized prime rib was a little salty. You can back off on the rub but everything else was good and your drinks are always excellent beautiful interior ambience.

We attended Thanksgiving dinner. The food and service were great! It was a bit noisy, as you would expect for a packed house. Also, holiday events seem to always have one element that is not in sync. We ordered cocktails upon being seated, and did not receive them until we were nearly finished with our meal. My parents finished their meals, and had none leftover. Dessert was an additional charge, so we shared one among 3 people. I feel dessert should have been included for $49 a plate, considering the portion size, and the cost of drinks we did not receive until the end of our meal. However, we were more tolerant of this because of it being a very busy holiday events seem. Overall, it was a good experience. The food, service, and ambiance were good, and I would likely return, to try the regular menu, another time.

We went to Carve for Thanksgiving. They were short on staff and Gavin picked up our table. He did awesome. Best wait service I’ve had a long time and I grew up boarding tables. I highly recommend going to Carve

We dined at Carve on Thanksgiving. They were busy but food was outstanding. The sides were the superstars--brussels sprouts, cauliflower purée, mac & cheese, and loaded mashed potatoes. Usual problems on a busy day, unavailable items, and a short wait past our reservation time. We left satisfied and happy despite a holiday crush

The food was well prepared and well presented. The turkey was simply great. Our servers were helpful and attentive. All around great dining experience. This was our first visit to Carve. We'll be sure and visit again.

We ate at Carve for Thanksgiving. The apple crispy salad was delicious, so the squash soup. (you only can pick one though). I didn't like the cranberry relish (it was way too sweet). The slices of turkey were very tender. The mash potatoes were amazing. The green beans were a little hard (I didn't like them either). The desert was very unique and delicious. It was a little loud though and the restaurant felt cold. I gave the restaurant 4 stars because the Thanksgiving meal didn't include mash sweet potatoes, pumpkin pie or corn casserole. The non alcoholic drink wasn't included either. We drank water. For the price we paid it should be included sweet or unsweetened tea or lemonade. For the price we paid the dish should also include another side like mac and cheese. The restaurant is very nice inside. We will come back again to try the famous prime rib.
