The food was excellent! My wife and I both got the 8oz filets and shared the creamed spinach and whipped potatoes. Filet’s were cooked perfectly and the sides were delicious as well. Ambiance was great (we were in for lunch) and service was excellent. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks for a great experience.

Took the wife out to CARVE for the first time and while there were a few negatives, overall I cannot complain too much. My smoked old fashioned and wife’s espresso martini , tenderloin toast appetizer, popover bread, AMAZING. The main course filets were where things took a wrong turn. They were seared to a crisp and my medium rare was more like a medium+. The wife’s medium was almost well done. Flavor and presentation were there, I just think it was packed and the kitchen might’ve taken their eye off the ball. The loaded whipped potatoes and Brussels sprouts were spot on. I did explain my disappointment to the waiter regarding our steak, did not ask for anything out of it because things happen. However the manager did come over on his own, apologized and took care of us. Very classy move and not what I asked for or wanted. We will give them another chance because we’ve heard how fantastic CARVE really can be.

We had a birthday party at Carve Barton Creek 12/20/24. It was a very enjoyable experience because of Colton (manager) and Lexi, our server . We wanted to change tables. Colton was very kind and accommodating. He checked in with us several times throughout our dinner celebration. Every bite and sip Lexi brought us was delicious. The eight of us tried almost everything. Thanks for another fun night!!

Dinner was great. Our table was noisy and we asked for a quieter area and they moved us to a nice quiet place, no questions asked! Food was great and server Brian was amazing.

Waitress was remarkably curt. This is abnormal for my experiences at Carve. Am trying the location in North central Austin this week. I am hoping for a better service there. Bon Appetite.
