    Delicious chicken parmigiana and Shrimp scampi. Desserts are also very tasty. The ambience was great, and the sound level was low enough that we could actually converse and hear each other well. Staff was pleasant, but service was a little slow.

    My attendant Jenn was nothing short of remarkable. Had great suggestions for food and was extremely nice to us on our visit. Big Kudos to her. Also, the manager was pleasing and attentive. Food was great! My fiancé and I had the Alfredo, linguini, Caesar salad, and calamari! All of which work delicious. 10/10 recommend. Checked all the boxes.

    There was a big party so the mgr brought an appetizer because it was taking a long time to get our food We appreciate that they were proactive because we had not yet complained. It was good my great and certainly not the type of place that should be on all the best in DC lists as it is

    Went to original Caruso’s on Capital Hill about two years ago. Loved it. Went to this location about a year ago and it was good. This time, the wheels came off. Rather than being a true old school Jersey red sauce dining experience with well prepared dishes, it was like a mediocre Olive Garden. What happened?

I did a little digging, and the dishes you ordered were recommended by your server, and are some of our superstar dishes - having said that, we do take your concerns seriously and will discuss them with our kitchen team.     Excellent server. Generous recognition of our 65th anniversary. Food delicious even for 4 guests who were visiting from NYC. Tough critics when it comes to good Italian food.

    The food was excellent . The trout piccata was very flavorful. Alex was a great waiter. My only criticism is that the dirty martini was less than anticipated. Another diner also disliked his antipasto martini. Maybe an updated bartender would be of benefit.

    Amazing appetizers with the meatballs and the Panzella Salad Special. Great main dishes also. The spicy ragu, the alfredo and the veal were standouts from my group. Great service and it was a little empty so it was quieter than last time we went. Great over all!
