    Food is great but service is lackluster. Celebrated a birthday and nothing was done for the special occasion. There were other celebrating a birthday and they were given a celebration around dessert. We’ve visited before and was offered parmesan cheese with our entrees, not on this occasion while others were getting cheese on their plates. Drinks took a while to come while our glasses came with ice that had already melted. We’ve came a few times and the services seems to lack. Not sure if they were just bad days on both occasions but it really ruins the experience that we are looking for.

    Caruso’s is a fantastic choice, but be sure to make a reservation. Food was excellent, drinks were excellent, and the staff were extremely attentive. Because Caruso’s is more popular, it is a louder space, but this is to be expected from an upper middle tier restaurant. Our waitress was extremely attentive stopping by frequently to refill waters and check on our dining experience. Great service is difficult to find these days, but Caruso’s performed very well. Would highly recommend visiting.

    Get the Chicky chicky parm parm. You won’t be disappointed. We loved that they let you order beer flights from the adjoining bar. Flights were great. Our server was delightful and accommodating. The main room is quite loud, but fortunately we were seated in the small back room and it was pleasantly quiet.

    It was a wonderful first there. Location next to parking garage helped especially around dinner time hours. Didn’t seem overly crowded. Food was delicious. Definitely recommend the meatballs and the caprese to start.

    We had a fabulous anniversary dinner! We picked Carusos based off an Instagram post touting the best pasta in the DMV and it did not disappoint! Highly recommend.

    This was my birthday celebration and it was disappointing as the waiter was rude and cranky, and didn’t make any effort to make me feel special. Every time we asked for an extra chair or extra anything he acted like we were being difficult. It was very hot and my shrimp scampi taste like anything but, so we will not be back.

    Food, service and ambiance all excellent. Managers checked on us twice throughout the dinner which in my mind is extraordinary even in a restaurant twice as expensive. We will continue to go back. Thanks.
