Our experience started out great because our server and waiter were very personable. But later we had a problem we feel was not adequately addressed. There were 4 of us at the table - my husband, our 2 guests and me. Our waiter took our orders and the entrees were brought to our table by other staff (I call them "servers"). My husband's entrée was not delivered. We notified one of the servers and he said "they" will probably bring it out later. There was no offer to check on it. It never came out. I finally got the attention of our primary waiter and told him about the missing entrée. He went back to check on it and when he came out, he said he had turned in the order and it would be out soon. And then he said "Sorry about that." It finally came out, but by this time, our guests had finished their entrees. My husband ended up taking most of his meal home instead of eating it at the restaurant. It's been our previous experience that when the primary waiter does not bring the food to the table, that person will check very soon (pretty much immediately) after the food is delivered to make sure everything is okay. That was not done in this case. In addition, because it was a very hot night, we were drinking a lot of water in addition to our alcoholic beverages. The first 2 bottles of water we got were still water and very refreshing. However, the 3rd bottle was sparkling water (which we did not ask for) and was not as good tasting or refreshing. It seems the bottles could have been better labeled so the servers can differentiate between the different types of waters. Over all, we felt we should have gotten better service for the price we paid for the meals.

Great food and service. The server, chef and manager all went above and beyond for us. My partner related some food issues to the server so the server had the chef come to our table and explain how the dishes that we wanted could be made and served to accommodate that. Then the server and the chef and the manager all stopped by to make sure we were happy. Amazing experience!

My friend Colby and I went to have a girl’s dinner and it was amazing. The food was so good, the service was extraordinary, and the place was clean and very quaint. I can’t say enough about the food and the service provided. We will absolutely go back!

Food excellent. Service mediocre at best. Sat us at the worst table, despite other better tables being available when we were seated.

As always, excellent food. However: service was completely Indifferent and not polished and the place has an incredibly loud and unpleasant noise level.

Upscale Italian. A definite return will be planned. The Caprese Salad compared favorably to what would be served in Italy - The tomatoes were truly lovely like Compari and the cheese definitely delicious. I had the Seafood Diavolo and it was truly Devine. My wife had the Penne Vodka which she loved. The bread was fresh with a hint of herbs added. It was like a return home to Positano.

Food was hit and miss depending on what you order. My wife ordered breakfast item and it was fantastic but my ragu pasta dish was too salty. My friend did not like the calamari but we loved it. Overall great ambiance but a bit loud with their jazz music. We would go back for sure

The food was mediocre. Our waiter needed more training. He didn't write our order so he had to come back several times to ask us what we ordered. We asked for capuchino coffee, it was a disaster they were cold and when we told him, he became very irritated. And, he charged double for our desserts.
