Caruso’s Grocery is modeled after the classic, Italian-American "red sauce" joint. You know the one: red banquettes, a killer chicken parmesan, Sinatra pouring through the speakers. If you’re looking for modern interpretations of a chef's take on the classics, you won’t find them here.

Always a phenomenal meal. Merriam was our waitress, and she was fantastic.

Best Italian meal we have had in a long time. Food was fantastic and service was friendly and attentive. We will be back.

Caruso’s always delivers. We went for our ten year anniversary. Service was amazing. They greeted us and seated us right away and were so kind as to offer us a complimentary welcome drink for our special occasion. Our waiter was very friendly and the food was incredible. The shrimp scampi dish is really unique and one of my wife’s favorite dishes in DC.

We had a fantastic dinner at Caruso's. They made us feel special with complimentary champagne and limoncello, excellent service, and incredible food. I will surely be coming back to try more of the dishes.

Absolutely incredible! Our table wasn’t ready when we arrived so they gave us a free round of drinks while we waited. Food was delicious, environment was perfect.
