The Carte Blanche Team is passionate about combining fresh ingredients to create a local cuisine for the Hamburg NY area. We are dedicated to creating an atmosphere that is both friendly and inviting for our local residents and visitors.
During this time we must follow all CDC guidelines regarding masks.
Guests must arrive promptly for their reservation wearing a mask. When moving throughout our space we require you to be wearing face covering correctly. Guests who arrive without masks will not be allowed to enter. Please understand that we are trying to keep our staff, their families and you safe during this time.
Reservations are given a 15 minute grace period. We ask that if you are going to arrive late or if you have to cancel your reservation please alert us as soon as possible. Given our smaller capacity all tables are given a 90 minute time limit to ensure proper sanitation and so that we can seat future reservations in a timely manner.

The popovers are always a treat. Server was very friendly and attentive. Looking forward to the primerib special, but was sold out by the time we arrived. Must have been great. Great cocktail options.

Upon arrival we were seated at and were not approached for over 10 minutes maybe a minute or two longer. The sun was extremely bright as the garage door was open we were very uncomfortable (it was a rare 80 plus degree September day) and we could not even read the menu and it was very hot. We asked to move and at first the server said "well we are full with reservations tonight", however there were several open tables available (several tables remained open during our entire stay). We said, well we had a reservation (meaning we were not just walk in's). Eventually she had us moved. We waited another several minutes for the server to approach and ask for our drink order. It was very clear that she was swamped and had to many tables, in fact she was the only server in that part of the dining room. She was tending to six different parties at a time including an eight top and a six top. While she was pleasant, she had too many tables to deliver proper attentive service. We finally ordered, salads, and entrees. The food was good, but in total it took 75+ minutes from the time we were seated to receive our entrees. Way too long. We dine out several times a month, and we probably will not return, with restaurant menu prices where they are our expectations are that, food, service and atmosphere should all be very good. There are many other choices for us to consider.

great little open air able, street corner Bistro ,excellent menu selections and wines. Every item we had was perfect . great portions and fresh ingredients. The service was top notch . Thank you for my last dinner in Buffalo, until again.

We have been long-term patrons of this restaurant (and the former one at this location). This time was a disappointment. The ambient noise level has never been hushed, but with the change from the plateglass front to the roll-up garage door front all the street traffic noise has been added. (Think motorcycles at the dinner table.) To boot, there were no specials, they were out of good gin and decaf coffee, and there was salt in the sugar bowl! Finally, the waitstaff was stretched too thin.

The food was excellent as always...BY having the wall open to the outside made the table that had sun on it extremely hot which caused us to leave quickly as we were roasting..

We had a wonderful experience for our party of 4 on a Thursday night in the summer. Our server was very attentive, as was the rest of the staff. The food and drinks were delicious. There was a small issue and they rectified it IMMEDIATELY, going above and beyond. Highly recommend for service, food, and ambiance. We greatly enjoyed it.

Excellent food and Drinks. Only complaint was the food was extremely slow in coming out. We sat outside on side patio. A great area to dine. Waitress was very attentive.
