The Carte Blanche Team is passionate about combining fresh ingredients to create a local cuisine for the Hamburg NY area. We are dedicated to creating an atmosphere that is both friendly and inviting for our local residents and visitors.
During this time we must follow all CDC guidelines regarding masks.
Guests must arrive promptly for their reservation wearing a mask. When moving throughout our space we require you to be wearing face covering correctly. Guests who arrive without masks will not be allowed to enter. Please understand that we are trying to keep our staff, their families and you safe during this time.
Reservations are given a 15 minute grace period. We ask that if you are going to arrive late or if you have to cancel your reservation please alert us as soon as possible. Given our smaller capacity all tables are given a 90 minute time limit to ensure proper sanitation and so that we can seat future reservations in a timely manner.

Always enjoy our dining here. Antipasto salad stuffed banana peppers meatballs. Are always favorites as starters. Jerry was a great server along with the rest of the team. My only disappointment is the new garage door put on the restaurant. It removed a lot of the ambience we always enjoyed and all the glass and sun makes it very hot inside. That was a very bad decision to do by the building owner of the building!! Atleast put canopy up to deflect some of the blazing sun!

It was a nice experience. We had an issue with the a/c vent under the seat, but the staff covered it. The food was excellent. The waitress was very attentive. The bill was very reasonable.

What a delightful evening. Everyone was lovely. Excellent friend waitress, amazing craft cocktails (pretty sure JJ is the best bartender in Hamburg) and a yummy meal.
