Our party of 4 dined in a large booth adjacent to the bar. I expected it to be noisy but was pleasantly impressed with our ability to carry on a conversation. Our table service was top notch for this type of restaurant although the drinks were increasingly slow from the bar as the evening drew on. Our server was attentive but not pushy as we lingered over dinner. We started with the baked Brie appetizer and practically scraped the plate, it was so good. Three of us ordered the steak frites which was perfect! Small enough not to overwhelm our stomachs but flavorful and filling. The fourth person ordered the hot bacon salad which was a good portion for dinner and fresh and flavorful. We did not order dessert because we were well satisfied. Overall I started off skeptical and was impressed enough that we will return.

I have Celiac Disease, so going out to eat can oftentimes be a challenge with few to no gluten-free (GF) options and/or uneducated staff. Carson's was absolutely on top of everything from having clearly labeled menu items and educated servers. The servers also had cards that detailed which items were gluten-free as-is and which truly needed modifications. I'm traveling for business and came here with my team, we all had a great evening with delicious food, an absolutely gorgeous atmosphere, and great drinks (cocktails and mocktails). The noise level can vary depending on where you're seated, but it was relatively quiet in my opinion. I will definitely return, the Oscar medallions were amazing.

It was a good experience overall. Our server, Legend, was great. We were there to celebrate a couple birthdays and she gave us all the time we wanted to visit.

We had a reservation, and there were several tables open in the main dining area.- which was warm and decorated for the holidays- exactly what we wanted. We were placed in a room off to the side which wasn’t very warm. We reserved a table so we could pick a table from the available tables, not be put in a back room. When we asked, the greeter said we could not sit at some of the open tables- why, not sure. I can only imagine because they were trying to spread customers out for servers. That said, the food was great but probably will not go back.

Got a salad and burger, salad was good…burger nothing to write home about. Must say I was disappointed. Service was excellent. Next time I won’t get a burger
