We had a fantastic experience starting with the seasonal cocktails and appetizers. The food was great, the drinks were slow coming from the bar but our server (Jacklyn) was aware and on top of it. She had such a great personality and made our dining experience really good! She really made the difference in us having a 10/10 experience - she fixed a couple issues with our meals from the kitchen and got our drinks delivered from the bar which was initially an issue. Overall we left very satisfied!

Made reservations in advance. First time trying this location. The building resembled a funeral home from the outside, inside was georgeous. (Check out the versace wallpaper in the bathroom) Food came out looking beautfiul. One steak at the table was slightly overdone. Service was fantastic. We were sat in a booth with a window, but the shades could not be pulled so we all had to scrunch to one side to not be blinded by the sun. We marked down we were celebrating two birthdays, but nothing special occured. Overall good experience.

We love Carson’s. We go there often; however, this was the worst experience we’ve had there. Our waiter was not good at all. We waited over 5 minutes to be acknowledged. He said he’d be back to take our order in a few minutes. He came back 15 minutes later. I ordered the blackened salmon sandwich and asked for it to be cooked thoroughly. When the meal arrived, the fish was undercooked and the potatoes were lukewarm. Since we were starving at this point, I didn’t send the food back. We also asked for extra ketchup when he brought the food to the table but he forgot to bring it. We asked the manager to bring it to us. I won’t mention the waiter’s name, but he has to do better if Carson’s wants to keep their impeccable reputation.

The service was amazing! Our server provided us with some of the best service I have ever received! The food was as amazing as always. I celebrated my birthday and it was amazing! I also celebrate anniversaries, and other special occasions here and will continue to in the future!

We love having this restaurant in the neighborhood. We visit often. We have already found several favorite items on the menu. The service every time we have visited has been very attentive and knowable about the menu. The fact went around about this big dining room being very noisy. The next fact is, they have done an excellent job in fixing that problem. Looking forward to my next visit.
