Specializing in creative American cuisine and thoughtfully crafted cocktails, Carson Kitchen sits in the heart of Las Vegas' downtown dining scene. Carson Kitchen is built on a philosophy of reimagined comfort food prepared with approachable fine-dining ingredients. The restaurant concept originated in 2014, opening in the historic Fremont East district of Downtown Las Vegas, a partnership between chef and restaurateur Cory Harwell and his dear friend, the late Chef Kerry Simon. There jerk turkey burger is the best turkey burger I’ve ever had! This is definitely a place I will come back to when I visit again.

The food was delicious, we started with deviled eggs, yum! I had the gyro tacos which were great, very tasty and the ladies had the grilled chicken sandwich with tater tots which had a little spice to them, just right. We sat outside which is a really nice space on a comfortable evening. Service was excellent with a smile. The prices were a little on the high side but the ol saying “you get what you pay for” applies here. Would definitely go back if in the area again.

Utterly fantastic, inventive menu leading to one of the best meals of my life. The service is warm, the music is outstanding, and the taste, quality, and construction of the menu exceeds the standards of any other restaurant I've dined at in recent memory. Carson Kitchen manages to push the envelope for what great food can be while keeping the experience entirely unpretentious and delightful to all. This is a special establishment with soul, and worth the visit for any occasion.

Such a great find. The patio is a fun atmosphere and has a cool laid back, trendy vibe. The food was amazing- we shared 4 different entrees and they were all amazing.

At first, I was kind of confused with the menu but ended up, loving everything I ordered. Everything was flavorful, including the mac & cheese!

My spouse and I met some friends here and the whole experience was truly exceptional. Jordayn was our server and she was amazing. She was always smiling and attentive but not overwhelming. We started with several appetizers. The tempura green beans were outstanding, as were the devil’s eggs and the pepp on pepp flat bread. But the standout were the crispy chicken skins with smoked honey. They were so good we ordered two! The cocoa-espresso rubbed strip and the chicken thighs were delicious. But my favorite was the short rib steak. Dessert did not disappoint. Both the bourbon fudge brownie and the glazed donut bread pudding were a delight. This is my new favorite spot and will definitely be back.

The interior was pretty noisy but overall we enjoyed it. Service was excellent- very friendly but not pushy. A nice variety of options.
