Specializing in creative American cuisine and thoughtfully crafted cocktails, Carson Kitchen sits in the heart of Las Vegas' downtown dining scene. Carson Kitchen is built on a philosophy of reimagined comfort food prepared with approachable fine-dining ingredients. The restaurant concept originated in 2014, opening in the historic Fremont East district of Downtown Las Vegas, a partnership between chef and restaurateur Cory Harwell and his dear friend, the late Chef Kerry Simon. Designed to bring a carefully curated experience to our country’s unique & vibrant neighborhoods, Carson Kitchen features a contemporary bar, open kitchen expo counter, and community tables in an industrial yet inviting architecture.

Overall the restaurant was good but when I made the reservations I requested 2 high chairs. They didn’t tell us they don’t have any until we checked in. The food was very good but some items took really long to come. Otherwise service was good

Food and service was excellent. We had a large group and we tried almost everything on the menu and it was all good. The favorites among our group were the short ribs and the green beans.

This was my second time at Carson Kitchen. I wanted to love the food but it was nothing special. The bacon jam was ok, broccoli salad, shrimp pesto, donut bread pudding, were all good but I’ve definitely had better meals.

This restaurant did not disappoint. We saw some online videos about it and decided to give it a try. We were vacationing and we wanted to try a new spot. The customer service was awesome. They were very responsive to questions and we were not left to tend to ourselves for too long. The food was great! The bacon jam was so good and the deviled eggs were good too. My favorite was the black rice and oxtail risotto. We also had a good dessert. I would definitely visit this restaurant again!

Amazing server Kendahl (sorry if I butchered) The Glazed Donut Pudding is amazing!!!!!!! Definitely recommend for first timers as a dessert
