The award winning Carriages restaurant is uniquely located within the allpay ltd campus in Whitestone Business Park, Hereford, and has been described as "City chic in rural Hereford".

Carriages was inspired by founder Tony Killeen's passion for trains and the quirky setting of the restaurant, which overlooks the old Whitestone railway station.

You can enjoy views of the rolling hills from the floor to ceiling windows in the top floor restaurant; dine inside or alfresco, on the spacious balcony, or walk the landscaped grounds surrounding the Four Seasons lake - which transforms into a maze of secret gardens, impressively lit up at night.

Carriages is open Friday and Saturday evenings.

Due to the nature of the restaurant, any children dining must be over 12 years old and accompanied by an adult.

Superb food, excellent service. One of the most outstanding meals we’ve ever had (and we eat out very regularly) The sommelier made our evening interesting and fun as we tried the wines recommended with each course. We will be back!

Brilliant. Best meal we have eaten out in years and we eat out often. Attention to detail was superb. Such lovely touches like procecco, the most amazing bread ever. Staff all lovely. Expensive but certainly a case of you get what you pay for. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a special meal out

You can’t believe that I first class restaurant can be hidden away in an industrial estate, but it is! The well spaced tables sit around a spacious dining area and plenty of staff are on hand. Our 2 course dinner will matching wines was absolutely superb. They are aiming for a Michelin star and I have no doubt that they will achieve it. We’ll be back!
