Been here other occasion but this time around the services was not great our Server never came back to check on us till we were done. Also my son order and burger and asked for it well done she said they don’t check the temp. His burger came out raw when I told the server she said Oh! Disappointed.

The crowd was busy and loud. Maybe because of the concert. Server took like 30+ to bring our drinks. Seems to been more worried about other guests than us. We had to hunt her down several times. Food was decent. My wife likes steak sauce with her steak but none was available. The crab hush puppies were was slightly overcooked. Oyster Rockefeller and we a little over charred too

It was so nice sitting outside. For a bit the heater was too much but they seem to have turned it down. We had a great time getting drinks and appetizers. Our waitress was very thoughtful. She was very busy with a large table but always managed to check in on us. We definitely will be back with more friends.

This is a very nice place to eat. Love the food. Fries where the only thing I thought was blend, but the oysters were awesome

A great birthday experience ! Very friendly staff and servers! Salmon Dip is Delicious! Pimento fritters were a pleasant delicious surprise. Shrimp and Grits was not the best. However no issue returning. Overall Great atmosphere would definitely visit again while in Charlotte!

From the moment we walked in to the time we left it was a great experience as always. Shanika was so great and accommodating and her service was fast.
