Great experience from start to finish. We were seated right on time, service was professional, and the food was delicious. Excellent place and we’ll be back.

Our service was really fantastic. On food I was really disappointed. I ordered a cookies & cream milkshake- it was vanilla with a few chocolate chips in it. I am not a fan of vanilla so I didn't drink it. I ordered fish & chips, it looked great and crispy but it was oddly soggy and tasted almost like vinegar was poured on it. Which would make sense why it was soggy. I was not a fan. I couldn't eat much of it at all the smell was bothersome & the soggy fish was just really not at all for my liking. My husband ordered the Wow Pastrami Sandwich that he asked to get it like a Rueben. It was a Sunday night and maybe the meat was older? I don't know most reviews LOVED this sandwich. My husband did not. He had an open face one @ Roxie's and loved it. This one was dry, you could barely even see the Russian sauce. I had order to go the 24 layer cake. In all the pictures it looked amazing chocolate with like fudge frosting. This one is chocolate cake with... I'm not sure what frosting it is a beige frosting with specks of some kind. Super bummed because the cake was just dry and not the worst cake ever but certainly nothing to brag about. I honestly wasted that because it just wasn't even worth the calories. So dinner was for us a waste of $100. The food was wasted. My husband ate about 1/4 of his meal and the rest went sadly in the garbage. We do have reservations for tomorrow morning at the 56th location, really hoping it is a wonderful surprise!

Overbooked and therefore standing and waiting 30 minutes past our table time. Large numbers of waiting impact on diners being constantly watched in anticipation of them leaving. Noisy environment. Table service staff good but food service was slow. Food was excellent and that is what you come for. However, as pre-theatre dining be careful of timings. We were rushing to get to ours. Busy weekend in New York post Thanksgiving may contribute but not getting food until an hour after table time is not good.

Always crowded especially during Thanksgiving week, but always worth it. Definitely our go-to breakfast spot every time we are in town. Amazing staff.

Overall the experience was great. Only problem is I had reservations for a certain time and still had to wait for about 15 minutes. Didn’t understand that part.

The food was amazing, but the service wasn’t great. We were billed for a drink that couldn’t be served prior to 10am and correcting it was quite the feat. Additionally, while trying to get it corrected the table was being bussed, cleaned and broken down leaving us feeling forced to get up and relocate while waiting for resolution.

I wasn’t sure if it would be worth the wait after we weren’t able to have our reservation time until all of our party arrived (and unfortunately half of our party were at the wrong location not realizing there were two locations) But thankfully the hostess was very nice and told us to stay. We enjoyed our table for 7 tucked in the back of the restaurant and the food and service was great.

The food Was delicious. First diner I found that the pastrami compares to Katz deli in my opinion. Hard to find. Service was great and welcomed and accommodating to us to fit all of us there. Will be back again

Overall good- so busy/crowded before theater. Had reservations but ended up sitting at bar as table wasn’t ready 30 min after reservation time. Which was fine for us- bar server was great. No one explained what was going on with our reservation or apologized for the delay. Food was good and came out quickly once we ordered which we appreciated.
