Host didn’t have my reservation, insinuated I booked at the wrong location. When i showed him that i didn’t, he expressed his frustration with opentable to me as if i did something wrong. Strangest host experience I’ve ever had

We enjoyed Sunday brunch before a show at City Center. Nothing fancy, but good food, reasonably priced, excellent service. We made a reservation in advance and were taken promptly (reviews seem to say that is not always the case, but it was perfect for us). Host knew what time we had to leave for show. We had a leisurely meal. Two of our party had omelettes and one had the avocado toast. We noticed a number of tables enjoying bottomless drinks for brunch.

We enjoyed our Sunday br/lunch! Diner-like menu, as expected. The place is CRAZY busy, but all under control - managed VERY well, staff all smiling. Better be SURE to have a reservation.

Very busy around breakfast/brunch time. Had to wait for my table even with a reservation. Good portion size. My omelette was okay. Would stick to the French toast next time.

Nick was a great host and managed the crowd well. I definitely recommend making a reservation, even in the morning. It's very loud but the food is great. Very large portions, so I suggest sharing unless you're really hungry.

The Pastrami sandwich is outstanding the cheesecake is nice and fluffy and the waitress was very attentive. Classic diner with very reasonable prices and we will be back!

The food was amazingly good. The Peat's special was half pastrami and half corned beef on rye, it's not the Woody Allan from the old Carnegie deli but it comes close. The breakfast dishes that were coming our looked amazingly good will defiantly go back and try breakfast. good fast attentive service.

Let me first say we had the nicest, most considerate waiter. The food was good. The noise level was very loud but it was a Saturday afternoon. Also, I made a reservation yet still had to wait on the line of those that did not make a reservation. I would go again but just not at such a busy time.

Manager is capable of running this landmark diner very well.. the food is consistently excellent and staff get orders correct and know how to pace a meal. This is one of my go to places while in the city. Definite recommendation for all to try!
