Food was good along with the service. The A\C was not operable, so that was uncomfortable.

Staff is awesome. Dealing with the crowds with friendly smiles and reassurance everyone would be seated shortly. So nice being in a restaurant where employees are happy. Difficult job done with joy!

There was a huge line for brunch but we were seated per our reservation time promptly. Coffee was good and all their breakfast comes with a side of salad greens which was nice. I would recommend it

This was our first time at Carnegie, so let me start by saying the food was very well done and our server was great, but I’m not sure if we would eat here again. We made a reservation for breakfast prior to an early Broadway show. When we arrived, we were fighting against the breakfast crowd and even though we made a reservation, still waited 12 minutes past that time. It was also incredibly warm in the restaurant, it is New York during the dead of summer by it made it a little uncomfortable while eating.

Absolutely horrible experience. Definitely a tourist dump. Bathrooms were disgusting. Food order was wrong twice and food was terrible and cold. Hostess was rude. Manager and waitstaff were very nice. Not inclined to come back.

There was a very off-putting, chemical smell upon entry to the restaurant. We were quickly seated and given menus. The restaurant is extremely loud and extremely bright. The food was average. we had to ask several times for things that we requested from multiple servers. We didn't order appetizers or dessert.

It was very busy, but the wait staff was very friendly and they were working very hard. We had to wait a bit to have our orders taken and drinks arrived after our meal. Overall good ny diner experience
