So breakfast offerings are delicious and bountiful, service is attentive and interested(or seemingly so) and good value. New facility so very welcoming. Lots of people having lots of fun. Try it. You will like it

Have tried many times to get a reservation here when we travel. Lucked out this time at a prime time before a show. So delicious!! Will be back!!

Worst experience in NYC. I ordered a chicken sandwich tasted like it was fried for 5 hours. There was more breading than chicken and it was cold. Fries were soggy and my wife’s “mashed potatoes” were watery. Very happy I decided not to go with the ribeye because it probably would not have been worth the price. Waitress and manager didn’t seem to care about the quality of the food.

Great diner. Wide selection of food choices. Excellent service- even on a crowded pre-theatre Sunday afternoon. A little noisy, but that’s to be expected. Impressed that bathrooms were kept clean and neat- even within the hour and half we were there.

We ordered the pastrami sandwich and what we got was a sandwich with less than half the amount of meat that the photo promised. Expectation vs. Reality very different. The worst part is that the manager doesn't acknowledge the mistake and claims that's how the pastrami is supposed to be. Recommendation: If it's not like the photo, don't sell it.

It had been years since I was at Carnegie Deli and Diner. My in-laws were in town from Alabama and I wanted them to experience a New York diner. We had a great time and everyone enjoyed their food. The service was quick and friendly, especially since we were going to attend a show. I will return again in the near future.

Sliders were good but over priced. Place was severely understaffed so it was long waits between rounds. If you’re going to drink there stick with the shots because that’s the best bang for your buck.
