We are business casual. Thank you for not wearing tank tops, sleeveless shirts, flip-flops, gym wear, or short shorts. Dress shorts are acceptable. Please kindly remove your hat when entering the restaurant.

Went there tonight for dinner. Got the brick chicken velazco. It was fantastic. Best chicken dish I ever had. My wife had the filet and it was cooked perfectly. Appetizer was the stuffed mushrooms which were very good. I wish I could remember our waiters name cause he was awesome . Went with all his recommendations. It is on the Procter sizer with drinks the bill was 253 for two of us. That included 3 old fashions and 4 beers. I Will definitely be going back

Our server was exceptionally wonderful- we don’t have his name but we were a table of 2 at 5:30 next to the large private room. We had just gotten off an 11 hour flight from Athens and needed real good split the wedge salad and a pasta dish. Perfect flavors all around, plus a blackberry cocktail and wine. Only thing we didn’t like was the music! I felt like I was in a dance club! It was remix tunes with a dance or disco beat- horrible for this type of restaurant. How about some Italian or piano instrumental or like Rod Stuart’s Great American Songbook, or jazz tracks. We asked our waiter and he agreed but said “they picked it” - motioning to the bar? If it’s not required by some nationwide chain management then put more thought into this choice.

Appetizer was brought out and immediately our dinners came out. We hadn’t even cut into the appetizer. Waiter saw and just asked if everything tasted all right. Needed to be spaced out more. Felt rushed the entire meal, which incidentally only lasted 40 minutes. We were sat later than the reservation which i understand happens. Just felt like a rushed experience and those who they knew were treated differently.

The apps and drinks were great and after that it went down hill. 3 people ordered the short rib and risotto that was a special, two veal dishes and one brick chicken vesuvio dish. All of the meals were extremely SALTY! They were not hot, only warm. The brick chicken states to allow 30 minutes, so I would think it would come out hot, but it was warm and again extremely salty. The waiter never came back to ask about our entrees or even if we wanted addition cocktails. We were all looking forward a great dinning experience and it was far from it. I will never return!!!

We chose Carmines to celebrate our Anniversary. Beautiful interior and ambiance, Chose to sit inside however the outside looked very nice too. Large wait staff and pretty attentive with filling water or getting anything you may need. Waiter was a little busy but good overall. It's a bit pricey however the portions are very large so for your money, a very good value! Ordered a pasta dish and a chicken dish and they were both amazing. Had a chopped salad. Although it tasted very healthy with lots of chopped veggies it lacked flavor. Perhaps a different dressing other than what was on it would have made it better? Overall a very nice restaurant.
