We are business casual. Thank you for not wearing tank tops, sleeveless shirts, flip-flops, gym wear, or short shorts. Dress shorts are acceptable. Please kindly remove your hat when entering the restaurant.

- OUTDOOR PATIO SEATING WILL BE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. We will do our best to accommodate all seating requests but please understand these tables can not be guaranteed because of such limited availability.

Great spot for our business lunch. All 4 entrees were perfectly prepared and delicious. Seafood in my pasta was as fresh and tasty as you can get anywhere.

We had a reservation at 8:30 and were told the kitchen closed at 9:30 so we ordered immediately but when we asked for desert (at 9:40) we were told that nothing was available and everything had been closed. We felt very rushed. The restaurant is beautiful and food is great but the experience was very meh

Everything was great, but the noise level is quite high. It is sometimes difficult to have conversations even at a table with four none of us have hearing issues.

One, if not the best, Rosebud related restaurants. I've found this location spot on for service and quality and presentation of the food. Nice atmosphere and I learned that there is a less formal room at the side for families, etc. Still nice and same great service. Highly recommended for the food. Use the Valet as parking is distant for older folks especially in the cold. Also, was happy to be accommodated for a special request. Thanks you to the Host.

Linguini with clams- superb Chicken parm very good BUT would not change the penne pasta which was just so so Fettuccine Alfredo very good White fish another great entree. Coconut cake was wonderful as well as the layered chocolate cake. All worth the money! Cocktails on the other hand a bit over priced.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Italian Dining at Carmine’s in Rosemont! We had an amazing dining experience at Carmine’s in Rosemont! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and our waitress was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. The food was outstanding. My wife had the chopped salad with sliced skirt steak, which was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I enjoyed the baked cavatelli, which was rich, cheesy, and full of classic Italian flavors. Our daughter loved her pappardelle, cooked to perfection with a delicious sauce, and our son had chicken tenders, which were crispy and juicy. For dessert, we had the Nutella-stuffed dough with salted caramel sauce—an absolute must-try! It was the perfect sweet ending to an already incredible meal. Carmine’s always delivers top-quality food, great service, and a wonderful dining experience.
