We are business casual. Thank you for not wearing tank tops, sleeveless shirts, flip-flops, gym wear, or short shorts. Dress shorts are acceptable. Please kindly remove your hat when entering the restaurant.

Great Italian restaurant. We came in to celebrate my friends birthday and were blown away by outstanding service from our waiter Christian. Food was absolutely exceptional. The seafood appetizer with calamari, octopus and shrimp was absolutely amazing. We all had steak for dinner, one was overcooked but they fixed that right away. Flavor on the steak was great, make sure you add mushrooms because it was the best mushroom topping you can get! Homemade pistachio gelato is one of the better one we all ever had. Definitely a place to visit and have good time!

I have not posted a negative review in years. This was the most disappointing experience I have ever had at a restaurant. They overbooked to the point of getting seated 40 minutes late. We had 7 minutes to eat before we had to leave. We didn’t have silverware when the meal came because the staff was running like crazy - felt horrible for them. I cannot put into words how little I recommend Carmines in Rosemont.

DO NOT Ho HERE BEFORE A EVENT!!!!! was 30 min late seating us for reservation after promising us 15 with no concern - had to rush through meal not worth the anxiety go somewhere else lots of good spots nearby

The food was delicious and better than I had hoped. We were seated at our table for our reservation and waited for 10 plus minutes before our waiter recognized us (my husband actually got up and went to the host stand to inquire). On our second round of drinks, it took a while for the waiter to come back to tell me that they were out of the particular wine I ordered (he didn't bring my husband the glass that he had ordered). I had denoted on the reservation that we were celebrating my husband's birthday. Outside of the acknowledgement by the front of the house at check-in, that was it. The guys who bring out the food and clean up the plates were hustling and did an outstanding job.

My husband and I had a fantastic date night. We loved the shrimp scampi appetizer, New York strip and brussel sprouts!
