Service was exceptional! Our server was very attentive and provided great recommendations. Everything we had was delicious! Thank you for taking the extra step of precaution notifying the kitchen with my allergy as I understand this is more work for the team. Thank you for not making me feel like an inconvenience. I can’t wait to be back with family!

From the shrimp cocktail, coconut shrimp, and wedge salad, to the Halibut entree, dinner was delicious. Our waiter Carlos was a gem and the entire staff was very attentive. We enjoy dining at Carmine’s in Rosemont and highly recommend it!

Great experience having dinner at the bar while on buisness travel. The staff was absolutely spectacular and attentive. Food was wonderful. Everything came out in a timely manor and was piping hot. The grilled octopus was very good but slightly over powering with the amount of capers in the salad. The orecchiette pasta was very good and a size-able portion. I finished off dinner with the Tiramisu which was good and again a large portion.

Carmine is always wonderful and this time was no different. It was our anniversary they took care of us great and gave us a little dessert.

This was our first time at Carmine’s and it was fantastic. Steven our waiter was great. The food was just like my Grandma made it. A true Italian experience. eccellente Grazie

Arrived for a 5 pm reservation, the place was not too busy at that time. The server started out very attentive and helpful. The server offered real suggestions and not just the usual everything is good. One member of the party ordered the lamb chop lollipops and the Caprese salad. The tomatoes looked large but like a typical hot house tomato. She ordered the lamb chops rare. Two of them came out at least medium well or even more cooked. One was a decent medium rare. My veal cutlet was very large and flavorful. It was on the dry side and could have easily been pork passed off as veal. The other two pasta dishes were fine just not remarkable. It was about 20 minutes or so after the food was delivered when the server came back to check on the experience. We told her it was not great. Roughly 10 minutes later a man in a suit, so maybe the manager, asked how everything was. They offered to recook the lamb but the meal was basically over. I think they made an adjustment to the bill. So, it was fine but not good and clearly not gret.

Friendly and attentive service from start to finish. Great tasting food. Meatball salad dish was delicious though meatballs and sauce could've been served hotter.
