We are business casual. Thank you for not wearing tank tops, sleeveless shirts, flip-flops, gym wear, or short shorts. Dress shorts are acceptable. Please kindly remove your hat when entering the restaurant.

Thank you so much for making a reservation. INSIDE and OUTSIDE seating are available.
- OUTDOOR PATIO SEATING WILL BE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. We will do our best to accommodate all seating requests but please understand these tables can not be guaranteed because of such limited availability.

Server wasn’t knowlegeble always had to check with the manager, perhaps the manager needs to train his staff. Food wasn’t anything special for the high prices. We asked to have the Brussels sprouts packaged Togo….person threw them away, manager stated he didn’t understand English very well. Since they were barely eaten and it was a full order we asked for a refund..she took 1/2 off really

I always enjoy Carmines but the service felt very rushed last night. Portions are huge, perhaps too big to be honest All in all an OK experience last night - nothing special But I’ll go back and try again

First visit. Booked a month in advance for our anniversary and noted that on the reservation. Had been receiving emails about our upcoming visit and looked forward to it. When arrived, the restaurant looked nice, dimly lit with white tablecloths, etc. We were then escorted to our sunny table outside. While the walls were pretty, the chairs and tables were very dated - reminded me of being on a picnic. It was noisy while the staff was moving furniture around, cleaning up from a party. Our waiter attempted to be helpful, but his suggestions were confusing. He didn't come around much after we ordered. The stuffed mushrooms appetizer was tasty but had plastic wrap in it. I enjoyed my sea bass and brussel sprouts with bacon. My husband found his pasta, a house specialty, to be just OK. We decided to get dessert elsewhere. Not once did anyone there mention anything about our anniversary. Not sure why they ask if we're celebrating something if it doesn't matter. If you're going for a casual meal, probably fine. We were disappointed to have chosen that place for our special day.

Outstanding Italian cuisine. Food is excellent and served in large portions. The service is always top notch. We highly recommend Carmine’s in Rosemont!

Service was great, food just meh. Waaayyy to much garlic on the knots. Any creamy sauce dish we had turned to glue as it cooled down.

Sadly the service was terrible. I know they can’t help it but the planes every 20 minutes made it hard to have a conversation outside on the lovely patio! For being an Italian restaurant, the food was bland and not many options. Our waiter was slow slow moving. Very cool music and outside. Too bad the food is egh also the special for an Italian restaurant is sea bass? Not a pasta dish. Also waiter never suggested “more Italian dishes “ I would only go back for maybe a drink on the patio.

We loved the food and our server Shelly, but the music was too loud. We asked twice if they could lower the volume as our table of six was seated at a large circular table and we could not hear each other. They said the sound system was new and could not go any lower. It was a little frustrating and not the experience we expected from Carmine’s.

Wonderful food, service was excellent and offered advice on options. It was busy and noisy, but overall great place for good Italian food.
