   We were seated immediately and met our fantastic waitress… food came quickly and it was all delicious! We will go back again!

   We had a great experience at Carmine"s. We were celebrating my boyfriend's son's 21st birthday. We had a group of 6 at our table. Michael was our server and he made sure we had a great experience. He was very informative regarding the menu and made sure to inform everyone of the person with a shellfish allergy at our table. He was very attentive throughout and timed the birthday dessert/singing perfectly. Overall a great experience! Will definitely return next time we're in Atlantic City.

   This time, my experience at Carmine’s was disappointing. I’ve been to their multiple locations and have always had positive experiences, from the service to the food, which is consistently great. However, this time was different. We were a large party and were seated at a table around 6:45 p.m. The server was not friendly or approachable. He had a cold and dismissive attitude, saying things like, “What do you want?” and “Okay.” We ordered a lot of food, including six appetizers, two salads, two pastas, and four entrees. The salads arrived first, followed by one dish after another from the appetizers to the pasta to the entrees. There was no break in between. We asked the waiter to slow down the pace, but he said, “Sure, no problem.” Five minutes later, more food arrived, and there were no clean plates. We were eating the entrees off the same plates we had used for the salad appetizer and pasta. Despite the fact that the food was good as always, we couldn’t enjoy it because of the lack of service and the overwhelming fast pace the food was brought out amount. We were seated at 6:45 p.m. and left by 8:00p.m. The porterhouse contadina and all the other food were still on the table, and we were all very disappointed. I’ve never left a restaurant with so much food to go that it felt like we ordered takeout.

   Overall, Carmines is a wonderful restaurant. The only thing to keep in mind is it’s not really appropriate if there are only two of you since everything is family style and very, very large portions and price to match.

   Mike (floor manager) was extremely accommodating and kind. We are frequent diners at the DC location and wanted to keep the tradition of Carmine's dining and frozen Cosmos that we used to enjoy with my sister who passed away recently. Mike made it a memorable celebration. We will be back.

   We had a party of 7 for my mother’s 65th birthday, and the staff could not have been more accommodating. We had an excellent dinner, and although there was a bit of a wait, the staff handled so well that we barely noticed. They were so attentive and forthcoming with updating us. The waitress was probably the best one we have ever had. The manager was so professional and it was so nice that he came over a few times without us even asking. We greatly appreciated all of their efforts and the food was absolutely amazing!!!

   I had an awesome time dinning at Carmine’s. The service and staff were great. The food was outstanding. I would recommend this place to others!

    Ate at Carmine’s with a party of 8. Food was DELICIOUS! Staff were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable in the portion sizes for our party. Would definitely recommend!
