   The food and service were excellent. My only beef is that the price of a glass of wine seems to have become very expensive

   Tasty, British-Italian food; friendly helpful service; extremely handy to the RSC for a pre-theatre dinner.

   Poor and slow service. Starter served with burnt bread ans chicken main was dry. Took over 20 minutes for someone to take our order then another 20 for the drinks to arrive. Servers did not know which table was which and was asking people for the tables numbers. Definitely our last visit there! Poor overall

   Nice roomy, comfortable restaurant. Fantastic service from a really friendly, helpful waitress. The food was delicious and there was a good, varied choice. Good value.

   Very good service and food, but beware if you are a Gourmet Society member. Although on the Gourmet website Carluccio Is listed, when we arrived the staff said they do not accept it. Luckily the manager said he would allow it this once. Not sure whose fault this wrong information is due to.

   Absolutely shocked how bad the menu is since we last came. It’s like they’ve reduced the amount on offer hugely. My wife is vegan due to dairy and egg allergy. There was literally one option on the entire menu “pasta with tomato sauce” like a kids menu. So we left and went to Ask who had plenty of options. We used to enjoy Carluccios but if that’s the menu we won’t be back. Whoever designs the menu needs a serious word with themself. Other chain restaurants can do it. Such a suprise and such a shame
