Here at Carluccio's, we’ve always been true to our Italian heritage and what food really means to us. The best ingredients, from the best regions, cooked with love.

We are located upstairs in the Grand Terrace of St Pancras International Rail Station. We are just next to the ‘Meeting Place’ – commonly known as The Lovers Statue.

We’re open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday to Sunday. Our menu caters to vegetarians/vegans and those who are following a gluten-free diet.

Incorrect order taken, (table of 10) had to wait for correct ones to arrive. Had to ask for sauces and again waited ages for them to arrive, meals nearly eaten by the time they did . Not enough staff for the amount of customers. Very disappointed.

Disappointing Birthday Experience at Carluccio’s - St Pancras We recently visited Carluccio’s at St Pancras to celebrate a special birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. I had booked a table for seven on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at 6:00 pm (Reservation #27927), expecting the attentive service and ambiance we’d previously enjoyed at Carluccio’s. However, there were several issues that left us disappointed. Firstly, the bathroom situation was unacceptable. With only two toilets available, one was out of order, and the other was dirty, with piles of rubbish, including dirty nappies and sanitary towels, scattered on the floor. This led to a long queue, which was frustrating and impacted the overall atmosphere of the evening. Service was also lacking. Staff repeatedly got our orders wrong, adding delays and confusion to the meal. As this was a birthday celebration, I had called ahead to arrange a surprise for the birthday girl with dessert. When we arrived, they mentioned this surprise openly in front of her, which ruined the effect I had carefully planned. On top of this, I had expected some small effort to make the birthday celebration feel special, as I’ve seen done at other Carluccio’s locations. Instead, they simply brought out dessert and sang “Happy Birthday” without any decorations or extra touches. Overall, the experience fell short of the standard we had expected. With poor bathroom facilities, inattentive service, and a missed opportunity to make a birthday feel special, this visit was quite disappointing. I hope Carluccio’s considers improving both the cleanliness and customer service at this location.

We were seated inside as it was a bit too cold outside. My bruschetta was very good, as was my companions mixed mettse , my mushroom risotto was very good as was my companions sage and ricotta pasta. We had Pinot Grigio by the glass and a bottle of Italian Merlot. Service was steady, but acceptable. Overall a very pleasant meal.

Service was poor from start. Server was reluctant to engage and surly. Italian restaurant that's 'not doing pizzas today' without any indication of why after we sat looking at a menu for 15 mins. When challenged as to why another diner had a pizza 'must be last one then' isn't the answer you need to hear. It's the huffing while re-choosing the meal choices what got me. VERY POOR SERVICE

It’s a good experience overall. The champagne was super cold and the service was impeccable. I found the food portions decent for the set menu price. And the brownie was also good for desert. The brusqueta was good and tasty but served on a slice of sourdough bread didn’t work for me. A

Unfortunately this was a disappointing experience at a restaurant we normally eat at for a weekday lunch, when it is always good. This was a Saturday evening, and we had to ask for a waiter more than once, as no one came to offer drinks. Our drinks arrived after 40 minutes. We had asked for wine and water, and only wine arrived – we had to ask for the water. I had to send my main course back twice as it was not hot, and then I asked for a different dish - which did arrive promptly and was very good. My friend was happy with his food. I was not paying, but if I had been, I’m afraid I would have removed the service from the bill. Such a shame, as this is normally a good branch of Carluccio's!
