Here at Carluccio's, we’ve always been true to our Italian heritage and what food really means to us. The best ingredients, from the best regions, cooked with love.

We are located upstairs in the Grand Terrace of St Pancras International Rail Station. We are just next to the ‘Meeting Place’ – commonly known as The Lovers Statue.

We’re open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday to Sunday. Our menu caters to vegetarians/vegans and those who are following a gluten-free diet.

    Food was good. Service was slow and staff disinterested. Was disappointed for Carluccios.

    We eat at 12.30pm and paid £15.00 for a piece of dried breaded chicken with half a tomato and the side portion of potatoes was not better. I should have said something at the time but defiantly not value for money. It was quiet so no excuse to serve up dried up food, waste of my money !

    Good and considerate service, efficient delivery of our drinks and dishes. Nice variety on menu.

    Ideal location for meeting up with family from around the UK and further afield. Very relaxed atmosphere and great food

    Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating - we were a party of 11 and nothing was too much trouble for them. And the food was lovely!

    Very disappointed with both the service and the food. Expensive food with little taste, very little attention by the waiting staff. Coffee was lovely ! I would definitely not recommend this restaurant.

    Having pre booked, we were greeted by member of staff and shown to table, speed of taking drinks and food order could have been quicker, fortunately we had plenty of time before our train. Food didn’t take long to arrive and we enjoyed what we had.

    A very disappointing experience, after several previous good meals. Pasta was not very nice, and service was very poor indeed. I had to wave the server down to take the order. After eating our mains someone whisked away the plates but didn’t offer a second course. Once again I had to flag down a server to provide a menu. Very poor.

    A return visit as last time was so good and this time didn’t disappoint either. Friendly, helpful staff, great seating layout (we were outside) and above all, fantastic food.
