Here at Carluccio's, we’ve always been true to our Italian heritage and what food really means to us. The best ingredients, from the best regions, cooked with love.

We are located upstairs in the Grand Terrace of St Pancras International Rail Station. We are just next to the ‘Meeting Place’ – commonly known as The Lovers Statue.

We’re open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday to Sunday. Our menu caters to vegetarians/vegans and those who are following a gluten-free diet.

We were seated inside as it was a bit too cold outside. My bruschetta was very good, as was my companions mixed mettse , my mushroom risotto was very good as was my companions sage and ricotta pasta. We had Pinot Grigio by the glass and a bottle of Italian Merlot. Service was steady, but acceptable. Overall a very pleasant meal.

Service was poor from start. Server was reluctant to engage and surly. Italian restaurant that's 'not doing pizzas today' without any indication of why after we sat looking at a menu for 15 mins. When challenged as to why another diner had a pizza 'must be last one then' isn't the answer you need to hear. It's the huffing while re-choosing the meal choices what got me. VERY POOR SERVICE

It’s a good experience overall. The champagne was super cold and the service was impeccable. I found the food portions decent for the set menu price. And the brownie was also good for desert. The brusqueta was good and tasty but served on a slice of sourdough bread didn’t work for me. A

Unfortunately this was a disappointing experience at a restaurant we normally eat at for a weekday lunch, when it is always good. This was a Saturday evening, and we had to ask for a waiter more than once, as no one came to offer drinks. Our drinks arrived after 40 minutes. We had asked for wine and water, and only wine arrived – we had to ask for the water. I had to send my main course back twice as it was not hot, and then I asked for a different dish - which did arrive promptly and was very good. My friend was happy with his food. I was not paying, but if I had been, I’m afraid I would have removed the service from the bill. Such a shame, as this is normally a good branch of Carluccio's!

We sat inside in the corner table which was bright and light. The overall ambience was great, location perfect for meeting friends. The food was very good, we ordered pasta and chicken. Unfortunately the service was chaotic. There appeared to be alot of staff, but very discoordinated. We waited an age for our drinks before our meal, which arrived after our starters. They had run out of Aperol. We then waited quite a while for our main course. The drinks we ordered with our desert arrived late and incorrect. I think with a little training this restaurant would run very smoothly. Would recommend overall.

Great location for something to eat before travelling ( and a great option for Euston which is a short walk away). Very attentive staff, surprisingly quiet and we will definitely eat here again. Standard Italian fare but still good.
