Booked a table for daughter’s birthday meal and her 5 friends. Staff were very accommodating and I dropped off balloons and a cake before hand. Myself and husband had our own table and fab food. Seabass and Ragu - very fast service and really tasty. Kids had pizzas and fries and were very happy. We all sang happy birthday. We were made to feel very welcome. Friendly staff who we had a laugh with. I always enjoy Carluccios and they never fail to disappoint. Amazing job!

Dreadful . Manager he let 3 people pay there bills individually, then gave us remaining 7 a bill for everything else apparently for £277.00 should have been around £227.00 manager was dreadful. Told us “if he had known he would not have let us in” how very rude.My bill alone was £49.00. Of which I paid in full & all the others paid for exactly what they had! Dreadful experience. WOS

Carluccio's never disappoints. From the warm and friendly welcome to the delicious food. Excellent service from Ali as we usually receive from all the rest of the team at Solihull. Thank you all so much. Mrs. H.

Waited ages for our food. Had the goats cheese salad £17 and hardly any goats cheese on there. Disappointing to say the least.

I really enjoy carluccios it’s a good value restaurant. The food is always good. Service was prompt even though they were super busy.

Four of us met for brunch, food and service was good and room a bit noisy and but overall a nice experience all round. We will go again.

Arrived at 11.50 looking to use 50% off vouchers but decided to eat from the still available breakfast menu. They didn't ask if we had reserved but were shown to a table for two. The service was excellent even though the place was soon full.
