Here at Carluccio's, we’ve always been true to our Italian heritage and what food really means to us. The best ingredients, from the best regions, cooked with love.

We're situated within Gunwharf Quays. Our outdoor terrace offers stunning views of the harbour. Among other things, this makes us the perfect restaurant to relax after exploring the local shops.

We’re open for breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday to Sunday. Our menu also caters for vegetarians/vegans and those who are following a gluten free diet.

    Carluccios Portsmouth is very well situated. Despite it being an extremely busy evening, and the restaurant fully booked, the standard of service was outstanding. The food was of good quality and reasonable value- we can thoroughly recommend it, but if you are going on a Summer’s Saturday evening be sure to book! .

    Excellent location, brilliant food and attentive servers. Perfect date night location! Catered really well to my allergy as well.

    The pancetta was burnt in both my friend’s and my carbonara. The food took at least an hour to come out. The billing was done wrong and I am still trying to resolve this. Overall not a great experience. I had been there before a while back and it was great but unsure if this is a one off of it is just this bad now. Shame really.

    Food was very disappointing. Starter was dry and main ( raviolli) was utterly tasteless. I had to ask for some chilli oil so I could actually taste something! Pudding was lovely.

    Perfect size meal with a glass of wine. Lovely setting overlooking the water. Friendly staff and great service.

    Visited for a double celebration of birthday and wedding(we had our reception here too).Staff were so attentive,catering to our every need-nothing was too much trouble.The food was delicious,mouth watering and perfectly presented.

    We really enjoyed our lunch at Carluccio's at Gun Wharf Quays. It was a glorious day and we waited for our friend to arrive, sitting in the shade near the entrance. It felt as if we were away on holiday! We dined inside with a great view over the marina. Two of us enjoyed Sea Bass and one Duck. All very nice. Attentive service throughout. Thank you!

    The service was excellent, prompt, attentive but without being pushy; the food was beautifully cooked and of just the right quantity to fill without feeling bloated.
