The food was OK, but the service was dreadful. We waited 53 minutes between our starter and main course. The waiters walking around seemed to be deliberately ignoring us. They had the cheek to add a service charge. Will not be going back. Also, paying for parking is a nightmare.

We had a wonderful meal at this restaurant. It was spotlessly clean. Excellent value for money and the service was amazing.

The restaurant did not have a record of the booking I had made prior to attending but were able to seat us anyway, they had many tables free so it would have been odd if they hadn’t. The food was delicious and we enjoyed our 2 pizzas and 2 drinks between us but the 12.5% service charge and final cost came as quite a shock. Don’t imagine we’ll be back.

Anthony is brilliant!! The service is impeccable and all of the staff are friendly and attentive. Best service and brilliant food!!

Everything was lovely except the waitress came over asking us 3 times did we want our bill , and I had said to her we were just relaxing with a drink after our meal and was not ready to go , she was quite happy to add £16 service charge on to which we paid ( didn’t think she deserved it ) if the restaurant was busy I would understand turning tables around but it wasn’t busy

Breakfast was nice, but the al a carte option wasn’t as good as the usual buffet. There’s more options with the buffet and it’s easier to get as much/little food as you want, when you want.

We ordered fresh juice and coffee. The juice was from a cheap box . And the coffee was from a machine. Tasted like water. When asked for a replacement coffee it was made at a different machine and tasted better. The food was very small portions and over priced. It was not good . Sorry I will not be going back to Carluccio's. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Quite disappointing. We had a special occasion and invited friends from Canada flying through Heathrow. Upon arrival to the restaurant, there was no record of our booking on Open Table. We then had to stand and wait for 10mins for them to give us a table in an empty restaurant. Most of the dishes weren’t available, the primitivo red wine was very light (probably watered down), and the quality of food was far below usual standards for what we expect from Carluccio’s. On top of this, although we were customers we still needed to pay parking which took them another 15mins to be assisted with the payment. Overall, very disappointed - our friends will likely never return to your restaurants and this has affected your brand.
