    Very friendly staff, food served freshly cooked and quickly. Food was superb, as usual, and excellent value for money. We keep going back again, and again.

    Booking online with open table was simple, our table was ready when we arrived. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. We will definitely go there again for another special occasion like a birthday celebration.

    Lovely greeting from the front of house to our friends who have used the restaurant many times. The service was very good, nice and friendly, smiling faces always a good sign. Food was good, particularly liked the calamari starter. Happy to recommend and look forward to going again in the future.

    Our lunch for my husbands birthday was very nice. We have been several times before. This time I chose the Sea Bass I don't think I would have it again as it was a bit overcooked. My husband had the Chicken Milanese Burger and thought it was excellent. We had a wonderful helpful waitress. We had a noisy child nearby but I suppose it cannot be avoided in the school holidays.

    Carluccio's food is always dependable - it is consistently good. If, as I do, you go quite often then you know what to expect and I've never been disappointed. Service is friendly and efficient. They can be a bit heavy handed with salad dressing and I try to remember to ask for dressings on the side. The music is a bit loud for my taste and on this occasion I asked if it could be turned down, which it was, a bit. Why restaurants think it necessary to play loud music when there is a buzz of conversation I do not understand. It makes people talk more loudly to be heard over the music, raising the total noise level and making it difficult to hear conversation.

    My friend and I both had rissoto di mare, which I had enjoyed before. It didn't disappoint with plenty of prawns, mussels and calamari, and not too much rice. Perfectly cooked, just enough chilli. The waitress remembered to bring us each a bowl for the mussel shells. We both then had the Sweet Treat which was 3 miniature chocolate filled doughnuts and a coffee.
