Located on the second floor at the Intu Shopping Centre, why not come in and have a bite to eat after a bit of shopping?

We’re open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Monday to Sunday. Our menu also caters for vegetarians/vegans and those who are following a gluten free diet.

Very good service from the team and we were well looked after whilst we dined. Issue was with the temperature of the food when it arrived. Not very hot and this was disappointing.

Amazing as always staff are lovely, food was delicious I’m unsure of the girls name that served us but she was very helpful and Tom too! The manager was always making sure we were okay. One request as always bring the bocconcini back!!

My friend who has a few food allergies struggled to find something to eat. She had the allergy menu and fancied the Chicken Saltimbocca but without the rocket and pesto. We were told that the item had to be served as listed on the menu, nothing taken away and nothing added, surely you can ask to be served without items but sadly no. She then ordered the Chicken Milanese Burger and realised that although she didn’t want rocket it would have to be served with it even though it is added after cooking the burger. Also tomatoes were added which isn’t listed on the menu and as she can’t eat them it was rather disappointing. Seemingly the restaurant can add ingredients but customers are unable to have items removed at their request. Also the brioche bun was just an ordinary white cob not as expected. It all seems a little petty but paying guests should have the option to eat what they want. On the plus side her main course was removed from the bill

We can for a vegetarian and vegan breakfast which were both really yummy.

Pre theatre meal worked really well in Derby as just around the corner from venue. Meals tasty, average prices. Service by Sarah very impressive. Always attentive but not intrusive/loud and manages to keep smiling even when clearly busy. Good place for relaxed dining.

Carluccio's, Derby is second to none. The food is always at an amazing level and very well displayed. Lovely staff who always treat us like family. Charlie and Heather served us on this occasion, super, friendly people. We love it.

Should have taken note of other reviews and gone else where. The food was so poor and so little and unjustifiable cost I will not go to this chain again over. I have no issue with paying what ever costs, but I expect some value and quality. It was one notch up from school dinner!

Food and wine great however second time we’ve had the waitress serve us and the service is terrible. She comes across as she wishes she was anywhere else but there, speaks so quietly you have to keep aske her to repeat herself then she never listens properly so for the third time we ended up with the wrong dish. She then spends most of her time floating around flirting with the male waiter in the back, walks passed tables where people were waiting for the dishes to be taken away. When you work hard all week and then go out for a meal and spend your hard earned money it really takes away from the meal when the waitress makes you feel like a you are a pain.
