Here at Carluccio's, we’ve always been true to our Italian heritage and what food really means to us. The best ingredients, from the best regions, cooked with love.

Located in the entrance of Eastgate Square diners will be in the heart of West Sussex, making it an ideal spot to stop after seeing the sites on offer in this historical town.

We’re open for breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday to Sunday. Our menu also caters for vegetarians/vegans and those who are following a gluten-free diet.

No risotto rice! As there are several risotto dishes on menu this should not happen. General lack of customer care. Not shown to table,Chase order which was on the pass. A very disappointing experience as not busy.

The service was very slow. Table booked 12.30pm & we didn't get serv3d for 45mins. The restaurant was quiet, no need for the substantial gaps.

Went for lunch to celebrate our son’s birthday. Service was excellent… the “Birthday Boy “ was treated to a complimentary glass of prosecco, and his dessert came with a candle. Food was OK.. my only gripe is that, sitting close to the open kitchen, I was aware that two of our mains sat on the pass for a good few minutes waiting for the third to join them. This was disappointing as the restaurant was not very busy. Still had a nice time… would be happy to return.

The ambience of this restaurant does not live up to the Caluccios reputation. Food quality was quite poor

They had run out of many things on the menu. As they were so busy the day before. Used our 50% off main meal voucher

We had a table booked for Mothers' Day for 2pm so we arrived 5 minutes early. We were seated quickly. At 2.20pm we had to ask for someone to take our drinks order so we placed our food order at the same time. By 2.35pm we still hadn't received our drinks so we stopped someone to ask where they were - they turned up shortly thereafter but were incorrect - not a big deal in itself. By 2.45 we still had not received our meals so we asked someone if the orders had definitely gone through and were told they were being prepared. I think the staff were a bit overwhelmed by how busy they were - it was a very busy restaurant which is great, but I don't think they could cope.

A disappointing Mother’s Day experience. Waited one and a half hours for the main course. The food when it arrived was of poor quality. My ragu was watery, tasteless and contained very little beef. My wife and daughter were similarly disappointed with their meals.
