    I am not a fan of eating out at branded propositions in shopping malls but the food had personality was inventive and the waiter was personable and friendly. The Chocolate Bread and Butter Pudding made with their pastries was excellent. Thank you.

    Just such a wonderful visit . Liga , Sophie , Tati , Jeremy and another lovely chap on duty , sorry , I can’t recall his name - you were all superb and it was a delight to spend time there and with lovely food . Thank you so much .

    One of our group has a walnut allergy and therefore they were not allowed to order any food as they handle nuts int he kitchen. This is an absolutely ridiculous and has put me off ever going to a Carluccio’s again. Are their food hygiene standards so poor they can’t cook a burger without handling nuts? The burger has no nuts or no nut warnings on the menu and rhetorical staff would still not allow them to order a burger. Needless to say we all got up and walked away without ordering. We will not be going back.

    As wonderful as ever - especially the lasagna and the pizzas, which they have only recently started serving. Knocks spots off other restaurants for the food quality.

    Good selection of Italian food although my pasta with tomato sauce was okay. A bottle of fresh water to share rather than one small glass each would be better. Service a bit slow. Nice pink Prosecco.

    Pleasant staff, service with a smile - it goes a long way - Carluccio’s staff have got it right, they are great! Food was very good too.

    Wonderful team , so patient and kind . But you have taken the Caprese salad off the menu which is such a disappointment .
