    I booked Carluccio,s having checked the menu again before we left. When we got there i was told it had changed the day before although it was unchanged when i checked it the next day. We could not get the food we had wanted. I ordered the saltimbocca but when it arrived it had the consistency of shoe leather, dreadfully overcooked and partly burned one side. If any of the staff had asked me if the food was ok i would have sent it back, but they did not and in a busy restaurant i was unable to get their attention. Very disappointing compared to previous experiences at carlucio’s. Won’t be back.

    Food came out at different times, the sides came out once we had finished the mains , quality of food poor. Service very good and helpful.

    We visited for lunch on a week day to celebrate my daughter birthday, our waitress was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and arrived quickly.

    No wonder this place is always empty compared to everywhere else in Bluewater. Sat outside and service was so slow, just left to get on with it. Took two hours and not because we wanted it to. Some of the calamari was overcooked, but not all? Kids food came out cold. Too much oil on bread and salad etc.

    Slow service. Average food. Kids spag bol took 1.5h to arrive and had hardly any meat.

    Was very happy lovely waitress, didn’t get her name but very friendly. Food came quickly and was lovely.

    Food took forever to come out. About 40-45 minutes in total even though restaurant was empty. Had to ask where it was. Being seated was weird empty restaurant yet acted like they had no one where to put us. Food was not great. Waitresses were lovely though and were the only good service.

    Much better experience than last visit. Waiting staff friendly and helpful, food good and we were not rushed to leave our table. Food portions were reasonable. Last time I was hungry when I got home. I think it can depend upon who is the chef on the day.
